Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for customers who are nationals of the European Union and whose exclusive residence and delivery address is located in the EU. The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the EU and whose exclusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the EU. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
